1. How do I see how much money my student has in their account.

The Charms Music System is where you can find information. Please click on CHARMS on the menu to find out more.

2. I am having problems viewing documents on the website.

For DOC files, you will need Microsoft Word, or the Microsoft Word Viewer

For PDF files, you will need Adobe PDF Viewer

3. Internet Explorer is not working correctly.

Possibly upgrade Internet Explorer to latest version.

4. I cannot get into the secured area of the BHS website.

You will need to login to CHARMS for your student and look under the documents. There will be a BHS Website Password file that will contain the latest userid/password to use on the website.

5. What do I need to purchase for my student to participate in marching band.

• BHS Band Water Jug
• Band Show Shirt
• Black Shorts
• Black Socks
• Parade Gloves
• Marching Shoes
• Center Pitch Tuning Device

6. What fees are required to be paid?

• Rain Poncho (freshmen & new students only)
• Uniform Maintenance (pays for all dry-cleaning & alterations)
• Instrument Usage (per year, school owned instruments only)
• Friday Night Meals (10 total, prior to departure for football games)

7. When will spring concert attire be ordered?

Measurements and orders for Concert Attire will be taken in late November and early December. Delivery will be in January.

8. How often is information updated on the website.

All information is updated within 4 hours of receiving the information from the Band Directors or Booster President. Please contact them if you feel something is not updated and you would like to see additional information.
